I recently bought this product with low expectations considering its low price point, but ended up pleasantly surprised with its effectiveness at replicating the feel of a much more expensive pulley system. The pulley mounts nicely on my 83 inch high power rack (I attached it to a carabiner rather than using the strap it came with).
I mostly use it for lat, rear delt, and tricep exercises so far, but I'm sure there are hundreds of exercises you can come up with on your own. The cable glides very smoothly and set up is simple. The most weight I have tried so far was 215 lbs and it handled that no problem. I actually just purchased another unit to try some double cable and low pulley exercises. Would definitely recommend it. Also, you definitely want to attach some chains to the bottom to prevent the weights swinging around. You can easily attach chains to the bottom of the plate holder they give you.

Bought this to do exercises that standard free weights couldn't. I setup mine in my basement, off of a metal support I-beam and it works amazing! I use it for Tricep cable presses and Lat presses. Definitely would buy again!

One of the best purchases for my home gym I’ve made. I have used them singly and for cross overs as well as low rows. The straps will handle 300lbs no problem.

Extremely fast. I'm quarantined and I bought it thinking it wouldn't be here before a month or more and just late A week. I only used it once and it's sturdy. The hook part is fixed and doesn't turn, but I bought it knowing. The padding is enough and firm. Very well packed. Very confortable.
